Do I need to be at IKEA when you collect?
No — you can pay for your order in advance via IKEA Click & Collect and give us the order number. We handle collection from the Click & Collect desk.
Can you assemble PAX wardrobes and BILLY bookcases?
Yes, we assemble all IKEA products including PAX, PLATSA, BRIMNES, HEMNES, and all kitchen and bathroom units.
What if an item is damaged or missing a part?
We inspect items on collection. If something's damaged we'll flag it immediately. For missing parts, IKEA will send replacements and we can return to complete assembly.
