The company operating Speedy Van is the controller. Booking and job data are processed for contract; accounting records for legal obligation; fraud prevention, job tracking and operational records for legitimate interests; analytics, ads and marketing email only with consent.

Processors

Processors include Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Mapbox, Resend, Expo, Apple push services, Sentry, Upstash and Google services when consented.

Website chat

If you use website chat, your messages and optional name are stored so the Speedy Van admin team can read and reply. A necessary, secure chat cookie connects this browser to the conversation for 30 days. Please do not send card details or passwords in chat.

Rights and retention

Customers can request access, portability, rectification, erasure where allowed, and objection to marketing. Retention follows the database retention policy before launch.

Driver location

Driver location is used only for active jobs and operational safety, with a visible app indicator and limited retention.
